We used them through our warranty company and there was a leak in our 10 unit apartment complex. Spoke with the owner Xavier and he was courteous and professional and he made sure that all the issues were addressed properly. What I really liked about him was that he was very responsive even on the weekend and he called all of our tenants and scheduled the service by himself so we didn't have to reach out to them separately. After the work was done and the issue was resolved, he came back again to make sure that there were no issues. They were very easy to work with, and were courteous with our tenants. U.S. Plumbing was a referral from my Home Warranty. The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was fast and efficient. No problems whatsoever. I will contact the company on a yearly basis for maintenance.
I find the bathroom faucets making a strange noise after installing the new water heater.
