We had a shower repair that was causing us to have to shut the water off to the house - not ideal in any situation, but with two kids it becomes critical.Michael responded to my original call within 30 minutes, I sent him a text outlining the issue, and within an hour I had an appointment for the next morning between 8 and 10am. At a little after 10 in the morning he called me to let me know what he had done, and that the work was complete.I can’t say enough about his responsiveness and overall professionalism.Highly recommended.

We've used this business twice, and he is top-notch. He first came to the rescue after a failed attempt at replacing a shower faucet. Then we had him back out to redo our water shut offs at the house, and his work is like a true art form. Our lawn aeration guy liked his work, and Was in awe so we referred him to Mike. Highly recommended and truly 5 star service.

Michael was efficient and professional. Another plumber quoted me for 4x the price for the same job, no exaggeration. Couldn't have been better, I highly recommend going with Michael
