Jason, the General Manager who’s been with AMPM for over 20 years, responded to my message in under 20 minutes. That alone shocked me. I was calling for my 94-year-old mom, whose very rare Fisher & Paykel washing machine had suddenly quit mid-cycle, leaving clothes and water everywhere.

Most companies would have pretended they could fix it, then sent someone who’d look at the machine like it was alien technology.
But AMPM? Total opposite.

Jason told me he could have one of his super-smart technicians out that same day — or any day that worked best for my mom. “These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing. We called DG when we had a warranty issue on our LG fridge and they were fantastic. They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. I called and was thrilled that a technician was available within a few hours to come out and stop the leak. And he was familiar with our issue and knew exactly what to do. DG ordered the part we needed and had our washer back up and running in less than 3 days. We will definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to!“

“Our washed washer was slowly dying..until it did. Our contractor recommended Waadt appliance in the Lake Balboa district. Not only were the sales staff well informed but also low pressure. The sales effort couldn't have gone smoother. Upon delivery we noticed we purchased a gas dryer. We needed an electric dryer. No problem switching out the two. Chris the sales person also mention that the electric is a bit less expensive than the gas dryer. He could've hidden that fact from us but was straight up and honest. If you're caught in an emergency with a failed appliance Waadt is sure to make the process quick and easy. Oh...the first sign we had chosen the right appliance retailer was when we were greeted by their in-house kitty.“

“Our Whirpool year 2010 Fridge/Freezer's coller keep stopping by its self , we would just usually switchbit back off then after 3-5min turn it on again and it will work. However, it kept doing it again so wr decided to get it repair. Boris came within 2 hours after we called. He was very professional, honest.
