I went to Glamour Flooring and Alex was nice to let me take two large samples home without charge. However they didn't show up on our first estimate appointment and didn't show up again after we rescheduled. I had to call them to find out that they couldn't come over on time, and two hours later I called again only to find out they couldn't come over at all.I gave three stars instead of one because at least Alex apologized afterwards and let me keep the samples so I don't have to drive all the way to return them. I really love one of the samples and they may be a good business like other reviews said, but I can't go with a business that doesn't show up on appointments.

This is the best place for all your wood, laminate, and vinyl flooring needs. Alex and Omar are great! They listen to what you need and have a great selection. Pricing and leadtimes are given and they're knowledgeable about all of their materials. I won't go anywhere else! Best customer service, selection and a really nice and clean showroom!
