Natural Flooring has been nothing but an amazing company to work with! 2 years ago we had a traumatic experience with another flooring company and it was finally time to redo our floors. We recently had our stairs redone and weren't thrilled with the results; the nosing used was wrong and they made terrible creaking noises when you'd walk down them. We had Frank come out and take a look and he was able to quickly tell what the issue was. It was clear he knew what he was doing and talked through finding a solution that would correct the stairs. Frank and his team showed up on time, prepared, and expertly fixed our stairs in just one day!! Frank took the time to come to a creative, professional, and reliable solution and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend using Natural Flooring!!
