“A friend recommended lymphatic drainage massage after surgery as my swelling was extensive. I was a bit skeptical at Christina’s technique, but by the end of my sessions (I’ve had 2 so far), I felt immediate relief in the areas where the swelling was most extreme. She was very gentle (which was nice because my limbs were sensitive to touch) and explained what she was doing along the way. She also explained what was happening within my lymphatic system and gave me things to try when feeling discomfort at home and work. “I was referred here by a friend due to having extreme pain in my left glute extending down my leg. I work as a dental hygienist; so while at work and just day to day living has been excruciating and debilitating the last 10 days.
