“all I can say is wow I am amazed at how quickly Tara Pierce was able to resolve the pain in my hip and right buttock. I had been walking around with this pain for over a year, but it had started really interfering with my walking gate and the pain started extending down the outside of my right leg into the outer knee and even waking me up while I was sleeping. I realized I had to do something, but I wasn't quite sure what to do beyond taking anti-inflammatories which didn't seem to do anything. I found Oc Well Studio on yelp, and decided to give it a try. I met with Tara for a consultation and gave her my entire background. She was very patient kind understanding and really willing to get a good grasp on what was going on with me, the types of activities I was doing, and what I thought might be the issue. Tara is incredibly skilled. She is a chiropractor, but that isn't going to be necessarily her first go to. I was interested in acupuncture as I've had it before and it has been effective, she suggested dry needling, which in layman's terms from my perspective as a combination of acupuncture with electrical stimulation so I guess the electrical current goes deeper into your muscle. After the very first treatment, I noticed a difference. After three treatments, I had no pain in my knee or down my leg and the pain in my hip and buttock was tremendously reduced, and I was walking normally again and able to participate in all my activities. The next two times I went in, we did a very minimal chiropractic adjustment. and that was it! I'm sorry to say I'm cured! Because she is so wonderful and the office is beautiful and the staff is amazing and I think I may just go back just to say hi to everybody and maybe get a massage! I am so very, very thrilled that within weeks the pain I had injured for over a year was gone, and has not come back again even two months later. Booking was easy either over the phone in person or online, and I just say go for it.“

“Right shoulder pain for a week due to an excercise induced injury. This was my first time visiting CleanSpine. The office was very clean. Dr. Tyler was incredibly kind, patient, and a great listener. He physically assessed my R shoulder and then asked me to perform certain movements to evaluate the pain. Dr. Tyler then provided the diagnosis and suggested a treatment plan along with exercises. The experience included a hands on chiropractic treatment as well as adjustments. Afterwards, Dr. Tyler then performed a complete spinal evaluation as well as treating me with certain alignment adjustments which ended up being very therapeutic. My range of motion for my R shoulder definitely benefited from his intervention. I am extremely grateful and thankful for his expertise.
