“I’ve been seeing Dr. Arai for nearly a decade, and for the first time in many years, my neck and back issues are truly under control. As a veterinarian, I put a lot of strain on my neck and back every day, and I also deal with old injuries that have caused recurring flare-ups over the years.

I’ve seen other chiropractors in the past, but their approach typically focused on major adjustments during brief 10–15 minute appointments. Dr. Arai’s approach is much more comprehensive. Appointments usually last 40–50 minutes, with 20–30 minutes dedicated to adjustments, including micro-adjustments and massage therapy along with major adjustments. The remaining time is spent using corrective mats and other techniques to improve posture and align my hips.

What sets Dr. Arai apart is his ability to identify the underlying issues contributing to my symptoms and recommend appropriate supplements and treatment strategies to support my recovery. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive.

Through his treatments and the exercises he has taught me to do at home, I’ve been able to significantly reduce my chronic pain, improve my sleep, and reach a point where I can go much longer between appointments. I’m extremely grateful for the progress I’ve made under his care and highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain or mobility issues.
