“I've always had minor back issues from playing sports and just chalked it up to normal "soreness". After my first visit to Dr.Poff I realized it's wasn't normal and why didn't I come sooner. After my first 2 sessions I felt like a new man and as an avid golfer I've shaved at least 3-4 strokes off my golf game and gained 20+ yards on my drives. I'm just more flexible and loose now and everything feels linear. I keep coming back once a week for maintenance or if any other kinks pop up. My quality of life has improved and I thank Dr Poff and his wonderful assistant Patricia.“
