“It’s interesting how I didn’t realize I could barely feel my feet for the past year.

I had injured my neck riding wave runners in Tahoe, got a few MRI’s and the doctor actually recommended seeing a Chiro prior to trying surgury, so I allowed some time for muscle groups to relax a bit to see if everything would naturally resolve itself.

I realized I had hit a wall and things were not improving any further, and with my left arm and shoulder constantly going numb combined with being incapable of finding a comfortable sleeping position, I decided to come back in for an adjustment nearly one year later.

After Dr Dan spent a good amount of time stretching me out, something most chiropractors do not take the time to do, he was able to get both my neck and lower back to move where it was locked up.

The first thing I noticed was a tingling sensation in my feet, and I realized I couldn’t remember the last time I had actually had feeling in my toes and heels.

It’s odd how we takes these things for granted, or simply fail to notice the slow decline of our bodies.

My neck and shoulder area felt 50% better after the first adjustment, and in here again today writing a review after my second adjustment while icing my lower back and neck.

My injuries are like Pandora’s box, so it’s going to take a handful of visits to slowly unlock each surround area of my injury before we can finally get the target area to properly move and stay loose.

I will def have to get back on top of body maintenance and be sure to not allow myself to decline again to this point!
