“Dr Mansoureh Barahemi is a true magician. And also a baby whisperer. I gave birth to my 8lb boy in August and since then my lower back has been locked, it felt like it was paralyzed all the way down to my feet. After hearing this, my OBGYN suggested to see a chiropractor. Luckily my husband knows Dr. Barahemi. He called her and she scheduled an immediate appointment.

Of course it was the whole family trip (a newborn that is breastfed cannot be too far away from their mama). Dr Barahemi listened to me carefully, checked my back and offered a few different treatments alongside with a treatment plan. We started the first session and while talking she mentioned that my son kept his head on one side all the time and also his hands were a little tense. Mind you, my husband and I (and our family members) noticed that before as well and had been having that on our minds for quite some time. But his former pediatrician just brushed us off.

Long story short, I asked if Dr Barahemi works with babies and if yes, how the sessions are performed. I know one might think that a chiropractor uses the same “cracking” technics lol. But of course they don’t. It is basically a very gentle spots pressuring on the back and rolling up and down, from one side to another.

During the first two sessions my son didn’t understand what was happening, overall confused lol. During the third one he was very observant and focused. On the fourth one he was smiling the whole time. She also helped him with his bowel movement, every parent’s nightmare. Now he falls asleep in her arms hence a baby whisperer nickname. Apart from that on the day of the sessions he sleeps so well at night, totally relaxed and unbothered, no newborn night noises/sighs. He stopped holding his head on one side and hands tension started to go away. Now when we pick him up he puts his arms down like a doll.

Speaking about my recovery, on the first session my lower back didn’t even crack, this is how bad it was. On session number 4 one side finally started “cracking”. It is still tense but I can do small circle motions now.

Although we still have a long way to go in my recovery, I am deeply grateful to be Dr Barahemi’s patient. I am also happy to find a professional who I can trust my baby’s wellbeing. And my son’s smile during the sessions is the best proof for me.“

“I can’t say enough great things about OC Wellness in Anahiem. Not only are all the staff friendly, but it is also a clean facility.

Most importantly though, this is the first time I’ve been to a place that is actually trying to help me get better… not just scheduling recurring appointments for no reason. I appreciate that they check in regularly and make necessary changes for long-term improvement.

The one downside I will say is there have been receptionist changes quite a lot probably because they don’t pay their receptionist enough. Right now it’s Michelle & Patty, and they are wonderful!!!

As for billing, they do a great job of working with you so that you can get the care you need.

“A few years ago, I had H Pylori. I initially took a round of antibiotics as prescribed by my PCP but it didn't go away. I did quite a bit of research about how difficult it is to get rid of with antibiotics, and came across Dr. Ettinger's website about his protocol for getting rid of H Pylori. After a lot more research, I was convinced and had just one session with him. It's been a few years so I have forgotten some details but I believe after only 1-2 months on his protocol (basically the time required is however long it takes to use up one round/bottle of whatever supplements you get on the protocol), I got retested and the H Pylori was gone!!!

Life changing to see a natural protocol actually work, and I am so grateful to Dr. Ettinger to this day! Highly highly recommend!“

“Soloway Chiropractic is a great facility. I transferred there when my chiropractor started working for them. It is a nice facility and they offer many types of treatment. One of my favorites is a bed that rolls and massages your back. It has various degrees of intensity.

Doctor Luke Mattison is who I am with now. He is amazing. His methodology is a little different than other chiropractors, but he is effective. He has opinions, but all of them are formed from the practical experience he has had (most of which, even if I don't agree with, make complete sense). I can't speak for the others, but his quality of care is second to none.

The office staff is pleasant and professional. I have not had any problems with them. They are a polite group.
