“We were EXTREMELY fortunate to have had Pat represent us when we sold our house in Silicon Valley. His attention to detail, making sure accurate information was provided to potential buyers and ensuring our property was in it's best shape for showing when we were 3,000 miles away proved to us and others that he really takes his clients' best interest seriously.
