In June my wife hired Bill Gorman and his real estate concierge team to sell her mom's home in Monte Sereno. While my wife and her siblings were concerned about the fast pace Bill was moving them, ultimately they realized that the timing could not have been better. The sale just barely preceded the market slowdown. Bill's assistant, Milena, was awesome as she arranged for repair and spruce-up work to be done. Bill and his team are absolutely fantastic! They helped my siblings and me sell our family home of nearly 60 years in Saratoga--it was a challenging listing and they were so helpful and patient every step of the way. They provided excellent guidance, amazing vendor recommendations, and negotiated a great deal. It was a difficult time for our family and they were so compassionate and kind and approached each stage of the process with honesty and integrity. I can't recommend them highly enough.
