Mary and her team were outstanding. Her service could not have been better. She organized a team to prepare the house in very short order. Her team of handy men, painters, gardeners, cleaners, flooring experts all worked quickly and efficiently to get the house ready for sale. She was very conscious of keeping the preparation budget as low as possible. She updated me frequently on progress. She brought the house from initial proposal to listing in minimum time. Her listing brought the correct buyers and the house was sold after the first open house. She's the best.

I have to say I am surprised of Chester S. review. The contract was explained in detail to us and we were given an option in the contract that Mary's 'team' could not represent both sides. Which we choose. Mary was professional, very transparent of the process and daily updates of the progress of getting the home ready to sell. The home sold in the first week-end of our Open House. I would highly recommend Mary.

Our parents bought a home in Cupertino fifty years ago. Our mother would frequently attend Mary Tan's Open Houses in the neighborhood. Mary was always welcoming and friendly, even though she knew they were " Looky loo's". This attitude paid off because after our mother passed we chose Mary to sell the family home. Mary was fabulous.
