Cassie was able to make our dreams a reality as first time home buyers! Every part of the process was new to us, and Cassie helped explain all of it and was there each step of the way. Not only did she help us to secure the home during the offer period by offering very good guidance, she also then set up all inspections for us during one of the most hectic seasons here in the mountains, with multiple power outages, road closures and hazardous weather. During negotiations Cassie really shined with getting us a large reduction off of selling price, even after the initial response from the seller was that there would be no deductions. Cassie is an amazing real estate agent. She has lived in the mountains for a long time and knows them well, which makes a big difference. Whenever we looked at a house that was promising, the first thing she did was to use her connections to make sure we could get fire insurance. When I found my dream house, there were 14 other bids on it and one that was higher than mine. However Cassie convinced the sellers to sell to me since the other buyers and agent weren't mountain people and would likely balk at common mountain problems like the well water, septic tanks and generators.
