“Boarded my dog for a weekend. Went well overall. Received pictures daily. No problems with her stay. Only minor issue was when we first met, he offered my dog a treat to befriend her without asking me first if the treat was ok (which it was, but there may be some dogs that can't eat certain foods or maybe owners who only prefer to use them in certain circumstances - always best to check first).”

Through Cyd’s techniques, which involved redirection and positive reinforcement, he improved dramatically. She also taught us great ways to provide mental stimulation throughout the day, which made a huge difference in his overall behavior.
