The staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The place is exquisitely clean considering they house over 100 birds, and chances are it's probably cleaner than your house! Whenever I pickup my parrot, he always looks calm and happy.

I forgot to take pics of the place because I was fascinated by all the birds they had there. However I didn't go there to leave my bird , I was looking for toys. Which thankfully they have safe toys for birds. The moment I put in the toy in my baby's cage they went to work . They loved it and I will be buying more and hopefully using the birds hotel services at some point when I go on vacay. I feel the staff really love birds and that means the world to me

This is a wonderful place to board your birds. They are big bird experienced.The owner and staff are very caring. Excellent value. Nice big cages for the big birds. Excellent hours. I drive 35 min to take my birds there so that means the drive is well worth it.
