Not only is she warm, friendly, and always fun to talk to, but she's also constantly active in the online electrologist community, sharing and researching the best techniques. I haven't shaved in months and feel ecstatic about how far we've come so far. She's also a great trans ally. We talk about trans stuff regularly and it feels as natural as talking about anything else. I had many questions ahead of time and the receptionist was incredibly patient with me. At the appointment Ann was checking in with me throughout the full experience and I felt relaxed and confident going into the treatment.
