Ideal Image Walnut Creek is a medical spa offering advanced treatments such as Ultherapy and laser hair removal. Led by a team of dedicated professionals, the spa ensures a comfortable and pleasant experience for its clients. The spa features leading brands in medical-grade skincare and provides customized treatment plans to help clients achieve their desired results. While some clients have had wonderful experiences, others have noted the "no refund policy" that requires upfront payment and signing a contract, which may be a concern for some.
The spa has received positive reviews from clients who praise the expertise and gentle approach of the nurse practitioners, such as Jina and Annette. Clients have found the staff to be welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and the spa's clean, modern, and inviting atmosphere has been well-received. Clients have been satisfied with the natural-looking results of treatments like Botox, fillers, and wrinkle reduction, which have boosted their confidence and softened their expressions without compromising natural movement.
I can’t recommend my nurse enough! I’ve had both Botox and microneedling treatments with Annette and every experience has been amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions, which makes me feel so comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work!
So great !! I had a wonderful experience with Jina Cho ! I did Botox and fillers , she was extremely professional and friendly, she really listened to me and did exactly what I needed! I’ll definitely be back !!
Yesterday I experienced thee most delicious facial from Jaqueline. I didn’t wanna leave the warm bed and her lovely facial and neck. I swear I’ve noticed a difference overnight. Primarily because I’ve upped my water intake per Jaqueline.
Ladies, and gentlemen, this is your go to face place. Make sure and ask for Jaqueline. I’ve already booked my future appointments.
