This is an amazing place! They are fast, efficient, and very professional. The laser device they use has a very powerful cooling system (fan), so the procedure was completely comfortable and virtually painless.
I also accidentally purchased the wrong Groupon for a different treatment area. The girls at the front desk were incredibly patient and helped me figure out how to exchange it for the one I actually needed. I probably took up more of their time than I should have and was more emotional than necessary, but they were kind, understanding, and professional throughout.
