Last December, I woke up with my knee completely locked. I could not move it, put any weight on it, or walk. An MRI revealed “floaters” in my knee, {thanks to Dr Andrew at the Spine and Joint/Ryan Ranch} which led to surgery followed by physical therapy.
My mind was filled with worry: What if my knee locks again? What if I never recover fully? What if I cannot walk normally again? After a great deal of Googling, I expected it would take four to six weeks of physical therapy just to regain a normal walking pattern.

After my very first session, I was able to put a little weight on my leg. After the second session, I could bend my knee slightly more.By the end of the third week, I was walking almost normally and had regained significantly more bend and extension in my knee.
