Reviews
Wish I'd done these PT sessions on 'balance and gait' years ago! I've been challenged w/ minor injuries and discomfort from 'unequal use of body' for years. Tri Nguyen created a series of simple exercises that have helped me identify 'how' balance possibilities begin and get strengthened. Now I have the confidence to go even to a yoga class and try the balance poses, as well as in typical daily world respond to urban surfaces and spontaneous situations. Thank you Tri Nguyen and Terrapin PT for being so easy to work with!
From the front office staff to the physical therapists and their assistants, this clinic is tops! They are very competent and knowledgeable. My first experience with Terrapin was during the first year of the pandemic when I had virtual post-operative rotator cuff PT with Dr. Grabek. Two years later, I had another post-operative PT with Dr. Grabek following surgery for a torn meniscus—this time, in-person. Both were very positive experiences as the therapies contributed to a quick recovery for me so I could go back to the tennis courts!
