Dr Kristina M is a miracle worker. I see her for self-care with my weight lifting regiments. She always gets me right back on track and is incredibly knowledgeable with fitness related injuries and has coached me on proper postures and protocol. I can’t say enough great things about her!
Dr.Kristina Montellese is amazing! From my first appointment, her and her team took me in with open arms!!! I was in debilitating pain from piriformis syndrome and lumbar disc herniation.
