Alcina is a terrific physical therapist. I really believe in physical therapy to address ongoing pain or sensitivities. The old me would just push through it during my regular work outs, but that approach has not paid off. So the therapy I use has to be well informed, and thank goodness Alcina knows her stuff! I've worked through one painful joint, and now on to another one. The facility is clean and professional, and is conveniently located with ample parking. I look forward to my sessions, where Alcina knows how to help me feel better immediately and for the long run. Much gratitude!

Alcina is knowledgeable, friendly, and knows how to meet you where you are. She is a great listener and patiently answers any question. She demonstrates things clearly and is always ready to modify to make things harder/easier as needed. This is my first experience with a physical therapist and it has been great! Most importantly, Alcina has gotten me to a healthier place. I heartily recommend her!
