This place is absolutely beautiful just to be in. I have been coming here since it's opened for nail service. Both nail techs are amazing and super talented. Yadira has been my go to lash tech for over 3 years now and I love her humbleness. She makes the lash experience feel soo comfortable every time. And the end results are gorgeous! This place is truly your one stop shop. Spending a whole day here is amazing. The vibes and atmosphere is beyond amazing. And they also serviced my daughter with a mini spa day and she was in all feeling like a princess in a pink salon.
I had a very brief interaction with Stephanie this past week. At 2 pm on a Friday, I needed to submit a notarized form in order to complete a financial transaction with a deadline of 4 pm. If I didn't make that deadline, I would have to wait a week as the agent who needed the form was going on a 7 day vacation. I found Stephanie on Yelp, gave her call, and she was able to meet with me right away. By 3 pm, I had returned the completed and notarized form back to the agent and I was good to go. Stephanie was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. She was well-prepared and it took only 15 minutes to complete the notarization. In this day and age, if you're a walk-in or have last minute emergency appointment, you're are often treated with disdain, making it clear in no uncertain terms that your problem is not their problem. Not so with Stephanie. She greeted me with a smile and was very comforting in what was a pretty stressful situation for me. Thank you, Stephanie. Whenever I need a notarization, I'm coming back to you!
I had the most amazing facial treatment with Mireille! It was so relaxing and she really tailored my facial to my skin concerns and needs (dull, dry, uneven skin). She first double cleansed my skin and did an oxygen mask. She focused on light extractions as well and used a high frequency wand. She also gave me a nice shoulder massage (which was amazing). Afterwards, she did SkinTite which is a less invasive skin-tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency. Then she finished afterwards with serum, moisturizer and SPF! My face was glowing and felt so healthy and soft afterwards. Im definitely coming back soon!

Better price than anywhere out there, same good quality as those hyped up salons that tried to glam up the store and charge customers a fortune. I had a Japanese straight perm at this salon, I’ve shopped around, only Ken offers the best price. Result was amazing, exactly what I wanted, shiny and healthy. He and his wife worked on my hair together, it took 4 hours, which is expected. No hair loss afterward, it’s just so shiny! They’re the best!

Michelle is a sweetheart, and gave me a fabulous haircut for a reasonable price. I have a ton of thick curly hair and she even broke a comb brushing through it was very very kind about it. It’s hard to find someone who can do a very layered curly cut and she did an amazing job!

Between taking care of her grandchildren she’s a down to earth hair dresser that knows how to cut not just women’s hair but men’s hair. She’s a great stylist with a great sense of dress and style, not to mention she strikes a similarity to the first lady Melania.
Everytime I come here I know that I get a great style with a no-nonsense approach, whereas I’ve found salons in the Monterey Park area that tend to sometimes push other services such as perms and certain style cuts.
Sonia has always given me a great cut everytime. She is familiar with current styles and is great with cutying Asian hair. You can tell she takes real pride in her work. Not to mention her reasonable price she charges. It’s advised that you call ahead of time to confirm her schedule. I highly recommend Sonia’s salon if you want a great cut!

Dao is a cute and friendly barber who has been cutting hair for decades since he was in Vietnam. He gave my boyfriend a cut, shoulder massage, and styling for only $15. He did it quick too! Definitely try it out if you are looking for a barber in Monterey Park.

Arrived as a walk-in, was greeted and seated quickly. And she got to work informed her about a bad nail and she was gentle and had a high attention to detail. Came in with old acrylic overlay and left with a gel overlay. She cut and reshaped my nails and created a beautiful French tip on an almond shape. Exactly what I wanted. ✨✨✨✨✨?

Great customer service experience as soonasyouwalkin. I love how these ladies take their time and not rush you out. I came to have my daughter do her nails for prom, and they didn't disappoint. Both ladies were open to our opinion, and both my daughter's nails and mine came out beautiful. I do recommend calling to set an appointment before coming in because we got lucky they weren't busy. The lady let us know it's better to make an appointment. You won't regret coming here.

Anna's Nails is a hidden gem in a sea of nail salons. No upselling, no hustle and very accommodating. Every time I am in Los Angeles, I make a point to come to Anna's Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure and a moment of peace and quiet. In the past had acrylic and they did wonderful work. They have full service nail types (powder, acrylic etc.), and brows etc. Been going to Anna's for many years and they have always put the customer first. The entire crew are welcoming, technically skillful and very accommodating. They listen to what you want and have good advice when you need it. The staff are very respectful and accommodating to old people which I appreciated when bringing older relatives for manicure. I always try to leave a high tip because they offer tremendous value (they could charge more!).

This time, I had my haircut by Michael and I am very happy with the result! He is very easy to talk to and made sure to understand what I wanted before the haircut. I went in for a facial and concerns about my saggy jowls. Mary took one look at my skin and recommended skin tightening. I did it and have been asked by several people what I did to my face I look ten years younger. Mary educated me about taking care or your skin doesn't only include sun block or moisturizers but microdermabration to remove the dead skin so that the moisture can be absorbed. The skin tightening treatment was Suttle but noticeable. I now realize how important it is to take care of your face if you want to stay young looking. She even has package to help you achieve your goals...this place is a must

I had my hair cut by Tim. Tim was very easy going and professional. I came in with very long hair (thick and difficult to manage at this time). I knew I wanted it cut short to approximately shoulder length. Per his suggestion, I now have a very cute lob! Perfect for summer. Tim even made great suggestions for managing my hair based on my hair type. Highly recommend chez moi and Tim!

Al fixed my clogged kitchen drain due to years of not being serviced by previous owner. He did a hydro clean and replaced the pipes. Al responds very quickly and can come to you without having to go through the “appointment makers” like some of the other places which sometimes take too long. He will work with you to resolve the issue and provide recommendations for maintenance.

My family and I had been dealing with a drain issue for over a year and a half, but Monterey Park Plumbing took care of it. On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.

It's not every day that I run to review a dentist. Dr. Tzou and his team simply the best! There's an abundance of free parking. The office waiting area and rooms are comfortable and clean. The music playing is very relaxing. The entire team are so kind and supportive and go above and beyond to make their patients feel heard, supported, and informed. Dr.Kevin Fan is the best dentist I have ever had in my life and that's 100% true he's carrying kind listens patient he has repaired my tooth over and over again he's not like other dentist who try and make you by implants and all that other stuff you can't afford in probably that you don't need. I love coming to this office for my dental work! The office is very modern looking and always very clean. I’ll admit I never loved going to the dentist as a kid, but ever since I started coming to Chien & Li my perspective of the dentist changed. I really love coming here and honestly always have a painless appointment which I absolutely love. Also I’ve come here recently and I felt like it was very safe. I love how careful they are with the COVID protocol and I feel very protected here!

Not for the faint of heart but you'll get results!!! After my Achilles surgery 8 months ago, I still aren't able to walk normally and have even been looking into a second surgery. My main issue is scar tissue building up which has been restricting my ROM (aka I'm still not at neutral). My physical therapist recommended I try different things like scraping and shockwave therapy. I tried but most places were other PT places and didn't offer it as a standalone service, my own PT focuses more on exercises which I didn't need more of. After messaging clinics and calling around, I tried the 626 area instead. This place has a large parking lot and was completely different than I imagined! When I went inside, I saw it wasn't as modern as I expected and was filled with patients. In the waiting room, there were already four people. Then they called me to come to another room which was filled with even more people! The room had about four chairs, one larger table, and a massage table (?) in the middle. I was instructed by the doctor to lay on the table which is in plain view of everyone else LOL! I was a little shy but got over it quickly. Then, he started off by using compression therapy and I laid there watching tv and using my phone. Actually the pressure felt VERY NICE. Then, he whipped out another machine that was like a high-powered radio frequency massager and used it to break up scar tissue. They applied a gel on me at first, and he warned it would hurt. It did but tbh that's how you know it's working lol. Keep in mind that an assistant is doing this while he is next to me working on someone else's back! After that was done, I assumed we were finished but then the assistant began to scrape my ankle. Keep in mind a scraping session is like $100+ by itself at other places so I was surprised that they were doing it for me on top of the other services I received. After what felt like 20 mins of (once again, I need this) they moved over to a chair where I got electrical stimulation or like basically a Tenz unit. So now I'm just chilling in this room with patients around me. Overall, this is a very interesting experience and not what I was expecting but definitely WHAT I needed and the services I received exceeded my expectations. If I had gone here earlier I definitely would have improved much faster! Sometimes, doing exercises can only help so much. Plus, I didn't realize I could get all of these treatments. =EDIT= After I wrote my review I was taken into a more private massage room and given a short massage focused on the problem area lol, so my experience wasn't over yet! Then I got to see the doctor (which tbh I was already fine without because the treatments beforehand went so well), but he gave me manual stretching and put a massage gun to my calf area which felt nice but also painful at the same time. But I literally spent like almost 2 hours here but I'm legit not complaining cause it truly felt like a self care day . PS the doctor is very nice and while the assistants aren't chatty (of course), they get their job done and they're not rude. This is where you go to get real results unlike some places I've gone to where they just massage your leg for 15 mins and call it a day. Anyway, I can't wait to go back! I felt like the experience was worth like $200, but the price I paid was so affordable. Literally like 1/3 of what places quoted me for a 30 min massage.

I have a severe lower back pain , western doctor suggested me do surgery. It make me very sad for many years. I came here for Dr.Xu, after couple time acupunctures ,she completely cured my lower back pain, really appreciate. By the way, I don’t need to pay, use my insurance.
I am so happy to find this place! My daughter had a facial paralysis for a week. Her regular doctor said there were not much to do so just wait to see if she was going to get better. We were devastated. I didn't want to "wait and see" so I found this place on Google and called the same day. They said we could just walk-in and told me the cost for the treatment (I asked) and it was nice to know how much it could cost before. The price is very reasonable. We walked in and there was no waiting. The room was filled with the aroma from the herbal tea they make all day and we found it was comforting. The doctor was kind and looked very genuine. He checked my daughter's face, pulse and tong and immediately said " Don't worry, she is going to be healed 100% within a month" . What a relief to just hear that after the Western medicine doctor said it was too late to give their treatment! Now she has been getting the acupuncture sessions several times and taking the personalized herbal tea over a week, she is almost healed completely! The acupuncturist is a sweet lady. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and quick so my daughter feels comfortable. She even played relaxing music to ease off the tension my daughter had since it was her first experience with acupuncture. The office is very small but they have the biggest hearts so I am leaving the review here so more people can find this place.
