Best Barbershop 2026, Monterey Park. I’ve been a customer of JM Barber Shops for years. Jacky is accurate, super fast, and a nice guy. He cuts a wide range of hairstyles. No appointment needed. It’s mostly men, but women are also welcome. Men’s haircuts are $21 and up; women’s haircuts are $24 and up. I pay $24. The location is near the Dollar Tree and fairly close to Garvey and Atlantic in Monterey Park.
Fastest hair cut in the west! 20 min in an out! $18 for speed and quality! Three on top, Zero on the sides! Turns out great every time. Go early on the weekends because it gets busy in the afternoon.
