My family and I had been dealing with a drain issue for over a year and a half, but Monterey Park Plumbing took care of it. On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.
In an ethical and thorough manner, Monterey Park Plumbing resolved our plumbing issues. We called Gerry regarding a large crack in our main drain stack, and he relieved our concerns the moment he arrived to provide an estimate.
