“I checked my eyes here and took almost 1 month to get the glass. They said 2 weeks. But after 4 weeks no response and went there, so the glass was ready there! It was so urgent but they said they will contact me once it is ready. But they didn't!
Finally the glass I got is ok but not 100% happy. But still I believe in them. Hope will chnge things.

The doctor was excellent, he checked eyes very sincerely and gave us a clear idea about the present condition. Since we have insurance we don't need to pay anything especially since there was no prescription to buy any medicine or specs, so there was no copay at all. All the staff are excellent.“

“We came to this LensCrafters on the recommendation of Sunglasses Hut in Old Town to have a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses adjusted after a poor experience elsewhere. Alexander and his colleague were assisting other customers when we walked in, yet they were still attentive and welcoming.
Alexander personally helped me and immediately made me feel like family—warm, easygoing, and genuinely kind. He took the time to thoroughly clean my sunglasses and carefully adjust the built-in metal so the nose pads wouldn’t slip. What really stood out was his patience—he kept adjusting until the fit was just right and never made me feel rushed, even while helping other customers.
He is also incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and the quality of the frames, down to how each would support the various activities I do. I wasn’t planning to buy new sunglasses, but his exceptional service made me want to support the store. I ended up purchasing a great pair of Maui Jims, and Alexander went out of his way to offer options and explore ways to order a new pair when it turned out to be the last one in stock.

“The staff is very friendly. Very easy and accommodating my crazy schedule to get me an appointment. Excellent care. Overall a great place. The doctor is very knowledge and offered me a few solutions. I didn’t feel pressured and felt seen and heard.

Since this first review I needed to get in for an urgent visit. They were super accommodating and loved the doctor I saw. Not a long wait and again I felt very heard and seen. Didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend them.

Had my follow up appointment. There was an unusual long wait today but it’s not the norm and the doctor is well worth the wait. I continue to love this office.

Had my cataract surgery done by Dr Surti. She is amazing. Have had little to no problems and I always feel seen and heard. Diane. The surgery coordinator is excellent as well. Front office always kind and caring. The wait has gotten better but it’s still long. I wouldn’t trust my sight to anyone else.“

One visit at Snyder's and I can see perfect without any issues now bc my prescription is actually correct. Dr. Snyder even let me step outside with lenses to look in the distance to make sure the problem was fixed. This place takes pride in what they do and listen to you. The front desk staff are friendly and remembered my name despite only meeting me once several weeks before.“

Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. She did a very thorough vision exam on her, while explaining the reasons for the, along the way. In the end, she was honest in suggesting other options are tried first before purchasing glasses. I appreciate businesses that are genuine about the well being of their patients, rather than making the money.
