“We saw some of Homepro's work in our neighborhood and could tell that they used skilled pros and had a great eye for detail, beautiful flow, they were magicians at making small spaces feel big, beautiful, and useful. Once I saw their work there was no going with any other professional. When we officially hired homepro and started coming up with plans and designs, Frank and his team were so extremely skilled and left no detail and luxury out. He made my ideas and wishes a reality but about 1000 times more magnificent than I even imagined possible! Everything was so well structured and completed with such care I knew we made the right choice. I can not stress enough how happy we are with the work, and attention to detail. Everyone who worked our project left our space clean, felt safe, and were punctual and respectful. Frank and his employees are so incredibly kind and thoughtful, we loved working with such incredible people -it was the absolute best experience we've ever had. After a lifetime of bad contractor experiences, I can honestly say that working with Alex and his team restored my enthusiasm for doing home improvement projects. “Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets. We are ready to have our downstairs bathroom remodeled.
From the beginning, Greg, Shannon and Laura and their team (Justin, Albert, Fino, Jose and Gustavo) were great. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and left the construction areas in order every day. They were very respectful of our home. Greg, as the contractor came by routinely to oversee the project and Shannon, as the Sr. Project Manager, came daily to oversee the crew and kept us informed of plans, changes, etc. Shannon was very good at helping with design plans and ideas. I was so glad to be able to tap into her expertise.

“We were referred to John Petti at Accurate Builders & Repair by our realtor when we bought our house 4 years ago. We were finally ready to embark on a kitchen renovation Fall 2019 and he was one of the contractors we sought out for a bid. After meeting with him and getting his estimate, we decided that he was the best fit for our needs. His price was fair and we liked his personality. We picked correctly! John and his crew did an amazing job. In addition to a major kitchen renovation, we refinished our floors in the entire house, repainted the interior of the house, and replaced/added/rewired all the lighting in the house. John also re-piped our home and repaired our leaky roof! We had so many projects going on at the same time and he was able to manage and time all of them professionally and successfully. John was always very communicative and easily accessible by phone/text/email. His crew has fantastic work ethic...they were always at the house when they said they would be and I always felt comfortable around them. They were very respectful and kind and also patient with my kids! John has great attention to detail and he also offers some creativity and came up with some awesome ideas/solutions for our space. What I liked about John was he never pressured us or tried to up-sell us on anything. He was super easy to talk to and he handled any hiccups in a very professional manner. “I contacted Liu Landscape after running into some difficulty with my sideyard and backyard renovation. Crystal quickly scheduled a site visit, and I could tell right away she was very knowledgeable about planning and permitting for my city. This was of utmost importance to me since I had to fire my prior contractor for reneging on promised permits. I requested a 3D design (hardscaping, outdoor kitchen, turf, outdoor tile) and was able to find a lot of inspiration from the company's own website. Crystal delivered the initial design and requested revisions within a couple of days. I really loved the modern design, and we requested a quote for construction as well. Ultimately, I did not pursue construction with Liu Landscape, but this was mostly due to personal budgetary constraints. Her quote was actually very competitive (compared to 5+ other bids). Over several months, Crystal remained willing to correspond with and help me with my project. She even provided a 2D layout upon request. Regarding her communication style, Crystal is quite matter-of-fact over text and e-mails and warm during in-person meetings. It was a very difficult decision to not work with Liu Landscape, because I really loved the design and plan. As mentioned above, I cannot comment specifically on construction, but had positive experiences with communication and design/planning services.“

Foothill has excellent relationship with subcontractors and remained on top of the process at every turn. They worked hard to control costs and kept us informed on that front as well. We were initially reluctant to accept a cost-plus bid, but we're glad we did. It provided greater control and transparency and avoided the need for cumbersome change orders. Covid hit just as we were getting underway, and while the timeline got pushed back a little bit due to supply chain issues, it could have been a lot worse.“
