“My family and I just moved in a to a new Lennar construction home and needed help getting things set up and getting updates done to the home that we opted out of doing thru Lennar. We have used AL Construction in the past and asked him if he could come install wood flooring, help hang lighting fixtures, take care of painting, and asked him to help us with an overall inspection of the home. We aren't construction savvy so we don't really know what is good or bad, and Lennar gave us a 1 year warranty on the home. He helped us identify a few issues that we brought up to Lennar to fix (NO COST TO US!!!) and helped us make some of the changes we wanted that were wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy less expensive vs. going thru the home builder. Like I mentioned before, we have used his services before. - he has a license - he is smart - priced well - uses permits/plans/contracts for everything (which made us feel safe.) We have a baby and were concerned about dust, but he came in to our home with a mask and booties and was respectful of COVID-19 social distancing, which we truly appreciated. He taped off the area that he worked on and did things in our schedule so that we were not home while they were working. When he was done, he cleaned up and we could not be happier with our new home!
