Only ding I can say is that Scott came out and told us 4-6 weeks for part delivery. I emailed him about 4 times to follow up at the 5-7 week mark and never got a response. But once I called we had our install scheduled within 3 days. But Richard and Javiers positivity made up for that in spades. I have a had a lot of trade people in my home and it has never been this pleasant. Id take them both out for a beer.“
