When I found Chuck, I had just gotten completely screwed over by some men claiming to be architects. Six months had gone by and they had made zero progress and have been charging me an arm and a leg. Chuck got this done so quickly, just a matter of month or 2, keep in mind we were in the thick of a holiday season, and even with all that his timing was impeccable! “For years, I was very reluctant to move forward with changing out my kitchen countertops from granite to quartz, because I didn’t believe that I could trust a contractor to put a high level of workmanship on this project. My wife wanted quartz countertops very much, so I reached out to RMS Remodeling Experts and we met with Jez at his showroom.Jez explained our options and we reviewed the project in more detail. He answered all of our questions. I started to feel more confident and so we added a request to install pot lights to our living room area. Still, my wife and I interviewed many other top-shelf contractors for this job. We awarded JMJ the project and they did an outstanding job on everything.I was initially very concerned with incidental damage to my existing kitchen cabinets, but JMJ came into our home with a highly-skilled team and went to work. There was no damage to our cabinets and they even took care of resetting my plumbing connections; something other countertop contractors shied away from. They put a lot of care in controlling dust, protecting our laminate floors, covered up everything, and cleaned up the work site very well every day. The job was completed on schedule and the workmanship was high quality.My wife is very happy with the results. I am very happy with results and now I can go back to watching football. Not only is our roof beautiful but we get so many compliments on it. Since we were not expecting to have to redo the roof and replace a huge patio, he was so helpful to give us options that allowed us to do the make it possible. Miguel truly cares about his clients. It has been a few years since the work was done and if something happens that we need to call him to check the roof, he is there within a day. Him and his crew work hard and care about their work. The guys that come out are friendly and professional. Always on time and clean up after themselves. Take photos of before and after their work to show you what they did. Our last time we called them out to put a fence around our solar panels to keep the pigeons from nesting. So happy with their work.“
