Jay and Enrique were awesome to work with. I received five estimates from different remodeling companies. There were cheaper estimates, but I had so much confidence in Classic Kitchen’s because of their passion for what they do. Jay is very particular about the products he will use and companies with whom he partners. He stands by his products as do all his suppliers. I looked at a number of contractors before choosing to work with Classic Kitchens, Etc. on a full remodel of a 1970's condo. I wanted the highest quality of products and workmanship that I could get for my money and they delivered completely.

As with any project like this, the biggest test is how a company responds when things go wrong, and we hit a few snags along the way. I've rarely worked with a team that was as responsive in working to address any issues as fast and as completely as possible.

At the end of the day, the biggest compliment that I could pay is that they earned my trust and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Great experience! I had never remodeled anything before, so completely remodeling my two bathrooms was a bit overwhelming to me. I received three estimates. Jay Adams' approach to learning about my project was different from the others with his thorough checklist of items to review and know. The estimate was reasonable, and I chose Classic Kitchens Etc. due to their size, and their extensive experience. Jay provided excellent suggestions regarding plumbing fixtures to use, and even had a perfect quartz sample when the one I had chosen was discontinued. The cabinet maker created beautiful and solid cabinetry based on a design that I found online. Supervisor Enrique,… read full review
