“Thank you to Ted and his crew at TMB Construction! First time homeowner and of course, a pipe had to burst in the first few months after moving in. After speaking with my plumber who had recommended Cut N Dry Restoration (thankful shout out to them as well!), they had recommended TMB Construction to come rebuild my room + other sections of my house that had been damaged from the water. Throughout the whole stressful ordeal, Ted had been super helpful and patient in guiding me through the process from speaking to my insurance company and what to expect in the next. I am sure being as busy as he was in the construction world, he was very communicative and never left me hanging. Ted and his team were also kind enough to rearrange their schedule to accommodate my upside down work schedule too. Furthermore, the renovations were supposed to take a few days, but he added more people and his team banged it out within the day! Everything looked as if there had been no damage at all! Hands down if I ever needed assistance in construction/renovations, I would not hesitate to contact them again. Thank you again Ted and TMB Construction!! :)“

Louie was excellent throughout the entire project. He kept me informed at every stage, responded quickly to all of my questions—even after normal business hours—and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. I ask a lot of questions, so his patience and communication really stood out to me.

Jesse was also very professional, courteous, and consistent with his follow-ups. Any concerns or change requests were handled thoroughly and completed exactly as agreed.

The office staff did a great job managing the email correspondence, keeping the project aligned with the scope of work, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. Pricing was competitive, especially considering the current cost of roofing, and the job was fully permitted and completed properly.

After the project was finished, there was an issue with a vendor not providing the correct number of vents. Louie stepped up and added an additional vent to make up for the mistake, giving us even better attic ventilation. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
