“First, let me start by saying I never leave reviews since my contractor is the one who deals with the stores directly. I have been a realtor for over 10 years buying homes remodeling and selling. I have been coming to Royal Wood for almost 2 years now the floor is premium quality I also get my stair nosing and stair treads as well from here to match the exact floor I am having installed, but in these last two months, the quality work for the nosings and stair treads have not been good whatsoever. I would have to give whoever is making the nosing A1 star. And I have reached out to other realtors who also have their contractors go through here and it has been the same Poor Work . So I asked if they had any information for another store that makes customize nosing and stair treads and this is where it leads up to why I'm giving this store five stars a contractor gave me the number to Jessie so I gave him a call and he was out of work once I found out why he was out of work. I felt really bad, but he still showed up to both houses not only remove the stair noses. She fix them covered all the cracks in the seams, stain them and reinstalled them and also fixed a few pieces that had came scratched I was blown away by the quality of his work I offered to pay him or even give him any type of income since he was out of work and refused to take it. He was very disappointed in the quality of work that I received and this was 2 of the houses I am selling. multiple contractor have been trying to hire him as their manager but he is loyal and that what also makes him a great employee so if you are going to come here for any wood work please request Jessie his work is beyond perfection so from me and my realtor staff a big thank you Jessie both houses sold and clients loved the floor and we are deeply sorry for your loss.“

“Alfonso was the first person who replied to my quote request and got here the next day for free estimate . My carpet was so old and dirty and we changed to a better quality and new one . His guy finished in one day and now it looks so nice Recommended“

His results are absolutely outstanding. This is owing to his meticulous, precise and thorough approach to his projects (he also had previously installed Pergo to the interior of

I particularly appreciate that he measured the work area and tiles down to centimeters, thus ensuring that each tile was placed perfectly and symmetrically. Also, the measurement and cut of each tile were smooth and flawless.

“I used Olson Marble Care multiple times when we lived in the Los Gatos area. After 10 years of using a different cleaning company, we were thrilled to find the Olson would service us in Carmel. Scott, the owner, gave clear estimates and suggestions that we appreciated. The technicians arrived promptly on time each day. They answered all my questions immediately, explained the process and what to expect. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up every day before they left. “I bought some hardwood floors (through my contractor) to replace some damaged areas and unfortunately, even though it was the same manufacturer and colour based on what we ordered previously 3 years ago and the sample at the shop, when it came to installing, it turned out to be a different colour which is due to the manufacturer. So, it meant that I had to restain the floor to get some consistency between the floor, I got multiple vendors to come out to give me a quote and got varying responses including people saying it is not possible and for me to replace the floor completely. Evergreen was pretty fast at responding through yelp and text. They came out and gave me a written quote through email at was very competitive so I accepted that same day. The guys came out within a few days to start the work and worked very efficiently and communicated with us through the process. I had asked them to cover their shoes as we had just cleaned the house so appreciate them accommodating. Job was completed within a couple of days and was done at a high standard. I can't remember their names of everyone I dealt with however, everyone was very professional and the quote/ invoicing was easy.“

“We had Western Hardwood replace the carpets in three bedrooms with hardwood, and refinish the hardwood in the rest of the house. In addition, they installed a challenging hardwood staircase. This work required us to clear the entire house. The workers were very accommodating and professional. The floors look great, even better than we expected. After installing the hardwood, they replaced all the baseboards, caulked and cleaned up. Nhu Nguyen, Friday Dinh, and the entire work crew demonstrated high skill and professional performance. Highly recommended, great job for a good price!“

“We were skeptical of this place at first because of the limited reviews, but this place is great! Yuki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even went as far as to give us her number so we could ask questions via text. We had to go back a couple times for more product and were able to pay over the phone/zelle so that we did not need to go, in-person, with our contractor, which was very convenient. We went to several places to look for SPC flooring. The prices here blow their competition out of the water. We brought our licensed contractor with us and he confirmed that the floors were great quality, and the specs/warranties were in alignment with industry standards. I think we ended up getting DT-06 of the SPC flooring they have. The pattern and texture looks very close to real wood. 5/5 would recommend. Ask for Yuki.“

“All Bay Hardwood Floors did an excellent job installing our new unfinished solid white oak hardwood floors (3/4" x 5", select). They sanded and applied 1 coat of amber seal, and 3 coats of Bona Traffic Satin, and the results are stunning! The floor looks absolutely beautiful, and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any hardwood flooring project!

“We were on the hunt for slabs for our kitchen. We had already visited all the stores we could possibly find and couldn't really find anything we were comfortable with in terms of price and quality. In this quest we ended up at a kitchen design store mistaking it for a slab center and the owner there gave us a sheet with some slab centers he recommended. To our surprise we realized we had visited all of them except dal tile and decided to visit them. Service is apathetic and they refused to allow kids into the slab area, I understand safety concerns but we were forced to go in one at a time so that the other took care of kids outside. Even with the kids in the waiting area they were looked at constantly with frowns so we just took them out. Customer service aside this place had what we were looking for at prices I couldn't believe. TAJ mahal quartzite which runs in the upwards of atleast $40 per sqft was less than $25 per sqft. And they also had plenty of quartz options in non white colors. After some research we learnt that dal tile is a manufacturer and all the other stores we were visiting also had dal tile offerings at higher prices. They ran out of TAJ mahal quartzite we were eyeing for our kitchen island but got several more within a few days. And unlike other stores the customer cannot pay directly or purchase the slabs directly. So we had to make several visits with our stone guy to make him purchase the slabs and the coordination was a pain. Also the contractor discount is apparently only offered to the contractor and not to the customer, it's apparently upto the contractor if he wants to share that discount with us even if we were the ones making him purchase the slab for us. Anyway, all this aside we got the slabs we were looking for at this place.“

“They were quick to provide a bid and repair a large area of wood flooring with water damage. They installed new wood where needed and expertly refinished the entire room, blending the floor seamlessly with the existing wood in the entryway. This was a major concern since we couldn’t refinish all the wood flooring that the space transitioned into, and the older flooring had a unique patina. However, the job turned out far better than we expected. They did a fantastic job, were easy to work with, and communicated well about the scope of the work. Highly recommend.“
