“Scott Turner is always right, and I've stopped trying to prove that out. I highly recommend CR Marble & Granite for both fabrication and material procurement, especially to those who are new to the concept of tile. Scott found every tile I visualised, and was able to both match and beat competitor pricing. Scott has a creative eye for design and knows what works well, he was paramount in the procurement of a lot of my tile that included wall, floor and slab. I had a pre-existing bathroom slab order with a separate company (before I met Scott) which had issues regarding delivery and vein. However, Scott as the fabricator quickly resolved this without the need for my intervention. Scott was patient and very willing to work with myself and my designer during the kitchen counter top template layout phase, he took my design and made it better... The showroom is excellent and exactly what I needed to help with visualisation. The display was orderly and appropriately placed, the work desks are large enough to enable easy viewing of plans / computer and tile samples. Even the bathrooms are designed with the beautiful marble they carry. Had I met Scott at the start of my project, I never would've bothered with the small amount of online purchasing. He educated me on tile & slab - quality, counter top fabrication and material selection methodology, finishing details such as schluter vs tile edging, grout type and color. Scott is very respectful and professional, always responded to my questions in a structured and timely format. I appreciated his honesty with one example being my originally intended tile, a very pricey marble herringbone tile. I ended up with a more beautiful chevron tile on that day, because Scott very politely talked me out of the herringbone. What you get with Scott is 25 years industry experience, an individual who really does know it all, and expertise that you just wouldn't get anywhere else. He made is easy and fun. 10 months later, I'm going back to Scott for garden slab :) Thank You Scott.“

“When we purchased this house almost 5 years ago i loved the kitchen!! It was so large compred to our last home. The bathrooms,on the other hand, were not so much to love. The showers were only 2-3 feet of space, dark and uncomfortable to shower in. Hardly any vanity space and the places the toilets were, were well, not the most spacious. We knew eventually we would have to renovate the bathrooms. Well, when we met Yaniv, we hired Shefer Builders to redo our roof. I could tell instantly he was an extremely detailed person. This filters down to the staff. The entire staff!! Talking with Yaniv during the roof project, we decided to have the company redo our bathrooms. This included a 3D designer, and a mobile showroom that came to the house so I could choose all the fun stuff. Everyone is so nice and comfortable to talk to about design and pricing. In addition, the crew and foremans were very helpful in explaining what they were doing throughout the enire projects. As for the kitchen: we had a dishwasher go bad and it leaked water all over including out the back of the house!! Well....perfect time to have Shefer Builder renovate the kitchen!! What a continued blessing to have the crews come back again and help in such a fine way. I have always loved cooking and baking but even more so now with my beautifully desinged, perfectly crafted and functional kitchen!!They give so much attention to the little things I did not even notice! Exceptional quality from everyone!! The crews were hard working, fun and really made the process a joy to experience. We will definately be calling to use them for any further things we need beautified at our home!!“
“Geno was a straightforward delight to work with, and his crew (Randy, Steve and Peter) did a great job on our new hardwood floors. Geno was responsive, gave me a fair price, helped us with a solution to just doing one part of the house and having it look good. He talked us through exactly what to expect in terms of the steps and timing for the project, and was always clear about when his team would be at our house. The crew are deeply experienced and work quickly and efficiently. There's clearly a lot of mutual trust and experience between Geno and the team. Our project was initiated by a dishwasher flood a month before my kid's big birthday party, and yet working with Geno to get the floors done before hosting the party was straightforward, not stressful. Our new face-nailed red oak hardwood floors are beautiful and just what we wanted. How nice is that, to get what you set out to get!“

“I would hire again and recommend ServPro of Campbell in a heartbeat. Had issue in a bedroom ceiling that 3 roofers looked at but not one went into attic or did any kind of investigation to determine actual source of the problem. Two roofers provided bids ranging $7-$8500 to either replace section of roof or add ridge vent (claiming insufficient attic ventilation...)Only ServPro of Campbell came with proper tools and mindset to do a thorough job. Working together we found bathroom duct had disconnected from roof vent and a second location had a failed gasket. My hunny reattached duct (no cost) and got $21 fix at HomeDepot for failed gasket. Total ServPro cost to investigate, prepare and protect the work space, remove damage, repair, and paint was less than $3k.They fit me into their schedule despite my need for tight turnaround and very single person on my project showed up on time, was courteous & friendly, professional, knowledgable, willing to actually trouble shoot and collaborate with me. Their knowhow, professionalism, and responsiveness helped reduce a very stressful situation AND I now have huge peace of mind that source problem is actually fixed. FABulous working with them.
