We recently moved into a new home and had some carpet that needed to be stretched. Alfonso's Carpets & Floors were prompt with the appointment. The carpet installer who stretched the carpet was excellent and the carpet looks like new again. When finished he vacuumed up his work area.
Alfonso and his team were quick and efficient in their carpet and hardwood flooring install. They completed 1,700 SqFt in 3 days with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them for any carpet or hardwood installations.
You cannot beat the value they provide when considering scope, timing, and cost for their execution.
After a water event at our church, we needed to replace the carpet, but didn't know who to call. We used the google referral feature to contact contractors.
Alfonso and Angy responded quickly to set up an in person appointment. The estimate shortly followed and was more reasonable than the bigger carpet companies. He was also flexible in working within the numbers of our insurance company. Angy managed the project well. She was very helpful, responsive, and provided open communications throughout the project. The work crew was polite and accommodating. Solomon and Ben represented the company well.
The quality of work was excellent and the cost was fair and not overpriced.… read full review
