They were extra busy but communicated well, as such I had to pester them to ensure the next step was moving forward. We had a couple times where our schedules were a not aligned, but I was able to reach Rafael who responded over the weekend to provide estimates very quickly for same day co-trustee approval. The office staff are also great and called immediately after I realized I made a payment error.“
