We had originally sourced our wood from another vendor, but after seeing it in person, we realized it just wasn’t the right fit for our home.

He became more of an advisor than just a salesperson, helping us think strategically about how to offset costs while still achieving the look we wanted. We ultimately decided to replace the wood through US Hardwood and Carpet, and I appreciated that Alexis never tried to upsell us into the most expensive option. I really didn't want that bulky look. Instead, they meticulously chipped and leveled the cement edge along the existing tiles to create a gorgeous, perfectly flush transition. I am beyond satisfied and absolutely love the clean, seamless result.

This work required us to clear the entire house. The workers were very accommodating and professional. The floors look great, even better than we expected. After installing the hardwood, they replaced all the baseboards, caulked and cleaned up. Nhu Nguyen, Friday Dinh, and the entire work crew demonstrated high skill and professional performance.
