Had an appointment for 12PM to get an estimate and no one showed up. I messaged them at 1 saying if you are not going to show up please let me know. The response was I'm running late. I was at home doing chores and they never showed up.

Ten days ago (on 1/16/2022) I published a project request on Yelp, and Yelp sent it to 4 or 5 carpenters/remodelers. The project entailed removing an old built-in dishwasher and building a kitchen cabinet in its place. I included a picture of the required work in the Yelp request. I got responses from three separate contractors. George (Kaludia Builders) was one of them. Unlike the other two, George offered to come to my home the next day for a free consultation, so he could see the requirements in person. We reviewed detailed project proposals from six contractors before selecting Kaludia Builders for our recent master bathroom renovation. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision. George Arana (the owner) was easy to work with, the pricing was fair, and we found both George and his team to be quite diligent. We appreciated that they were on site every day as scheduled and worked long hours to get the project done. George in particular was very hands-on and checked in with us frequently on design details to ensure we were happy with the way the project was proceeding.
