Rims & Goggles

I just bought my 4th pair of frames from Rims & Goggles and had a great experience. I worked with Sean who helped me with my previous pair and both times I told him what I was looking for and both times he picked out perfect frames. Exactly right for my face and exactly what I wanted. Yes, the frames weren't cheap, but when I compare the ones I purchased at Rims and Goggles to the ones I got from an online vendor, there is no comparison, especially the way they fit on the face. I have two pair of glasses from R&G that are at least 8 years old and in perfect condition. If I need a tweak they are happy to do it for free. I will only buy my frames from R&G.

Analisse was incredibly helpful and so so knowledgeable.She is creative and knows so much about eyewear. An incredibly pleasant first time experience and I will certainly be back. The selection and the beautifully curated eyewear and lenses is an art form in and of itself. It's like an art museum.The love and care of this place shines bright, and the staff is full of pride. Very professional and great teamwork. They really helped me out in a bind. My glasses frame broke, the lenses were still usable, but my eye doctor wanted to send it out to the lab. A two week wait doesn't work when your spare glasses are very old. They found a frame I liked that would fit my lenses and their skilled technician put them into the new frame in minutes while I looked around and the other teammates were helpful in answering questions. I plan to go back. Highly recommend them. They deserve 10 stars!
