Transferred from another office because my requests were not being met. So happy I did because the staff at Marin Optometry went above and beyond to make things right! Ordered new contacts and they were quick to pull from my secondary ins, then they informed me that I had a $200 credit that could used towards my new order. The old office never found or mentioned this credit. They requested my records be sent, they wanted me to get strength of contact that I was unable to get from my last Dr. they really want me to be happy with my order!I am completely out of my prescription, so they set me up with a weeks worth of sample contacts -how cool is that!!Super friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed no pressure environment! I highly recommend Marin Optometry.

I have insurance through VSP, and founded this location to be a participant. I recently had a TERRIBLE experience with a different optometry company that is- Larkspur Landing Optometry. The technician took my glasses and adjusted it using pliers. I had received a new replacement pair and carefully* researched a NEW- safe, place to go, and decided to drive here- Marin Optometry. I explained to Katherine- the technician adjuster, about my experience with Larkspur Landing optometry and I told her, "I trust you." I then put them on to show how they needed to be adjusted and she quickly went to take care of it. Minutes (2) went by and she returned - I tried it on, and out of neediness I almost wanted her to readjust them for no reason at all. Katherine was perfect. She was almost too good to be true, I felt relief and peace of mind my Gucci glasses fit my face, and were not damaged. I received my property free of damage and I got exactly what I asked for. Thank you Katherine. I recommend this business.
