“I walked into WinkOptics skeptical , just tagging along with a friend who needed her glasses fixed. I had no plans of buying anything. But then I started hearing about these Ray-Ban Metas, and Kaylee, who works there, came over and totally changed the game. She was super sweet and helped me pick out a pair that not only fit my face perfectly, but also matched my swagger--if I can say that. I thought they looked so good, I wore them to work the very next day, and one of my coworkers immediately wanted the exact same pair. Honestly, I thought that was kind of uncool... but also, that's the point. Kaylee nailed it. She saw what worked for me and clearly, it worked. Ordered new contacts and they were quick to pull from my secondary ins, then they informed me that I had a $200 credit that could used towards my new order. The old office never found or mentioned this credit. They requested my records be sent, they wanted me to get strength of contact that I was unable to get from my last Dr. they really want me to be happy with my order!I am completely out of my prescription, so they set me up with a weeks worth of sample contacts -how cool is that!!Super friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed no pressure environment!
