The team that took care of the reconstruction were really great. Minor and Edgar were very helpful and accommodating and did an excellent job in getting it restored. Kevin and Leo did an amazing job, solving the problem quickly and with minimal disruption and disorder, working around our four cats and the three of us, and keeping us informed and positive throughout. Angela Long connected with our insurance adjuster, sending pictures and helping to clarify our claim. Amazing work from Simon and Stuart!
I had a pipe burst under my home causing water damage. Carlos and Misael were timely, professional, knowledgeable and very hardworking, taking the necessary steps to remedy the problem. I look forward to working with them to restore the area.
Very impressed and pleased by the National Response Team’s clean-up of the crawlspace. Victor gives excellent reports and explanations of the work, and his two men worked skillfully, efficiently and cheerfully, obviously highly experienced, and left the house immaculate. Highest rating!
We used NRT for mitigation and repairs after a pipe leak. We worked with several employees. Angela was great with communication as a project manager. Blanca was also so helpful with the process and helped so much with communication between us and our crew. We were also very pleased with the workmanship of Klissman and Jose V. They were all very professional and helped us feel at ease during a very stressful several months of having our house in a chaotic state during restoration.
