“Humbolt Yoga offers hot yoga with 26 standing and sitting /laying down poses. The instructors are very knowledgable about the practice and explain the poses with clear and motivating description. The heat allows more flexibility in my body. Because I have wrist issues, hot yoga is great because there are no arm/wrist weight bearing poses. I have taken hot yoga for many years in various locations, the support and instruction is some of the best I have found.The studio is clean and attractive. The showers are a huge plus.I highly recommend Humbolt Yoga.”
