Beautiful light warm space. Suzanne had created something magical. Movement flows physically and energeticly like a river, bringing you into intense focus and effort one moment and heavenly surrender the next. This is a great place to connect with and practice the true essence and all the landscapes of yoga being.

This is hands-down, the best yoga studio in the area. I frequent the Sunday class at 10:30 with Suszanne, which I highly recommend. It is definitely my church because the class is really mind body spirit. Suszanne is one of the most thoughtful, intentional yoga teachers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. This woman drops wisdom bombs. I always leave the class remembering the deeply profound things she says. I appreciate the vastness and anesthetic of the space. I also think it's very charming she always has hot tea waiting prior to class. A true staple in the community!

Awesome yoga studio in a really cool old building super great location has amazing classes and really great teachers. Class sizes are small and intimate. Super awesome prenatal yoga class. They offer tea before or after class and have a lot of natural lighting from the all windows. My favorite yoga studio I have been to so far. Better than ohm Shala try them out
