I bought a home in Carlotta that had sat empty for a few years. Lots of moss on roofs, clutter in rain gutters. California Fairplan was giving me a hard time. Miguel and the gang came out did a great job on the moss, cleared out my gutters, like night and day. Looks great, solved all my Fairplan issues. Sensory-friendly gorgeous perm! Breanna was wonderful. She talked me through every step of what we were going to do, so I felt comfortable and confident. She was also fantastic about accommodating my sensory needs/difficulties. I had my pixie cut permed and it came out beautifully, looking just like the goal pictures I had shown her. She was careful to tweak all the little bits that needed tweaking till it was exactly right. I smile every time I catch sight of myself in a mirror!
This is the perfect friendly little salon that I see people talking about going to their whole life, for multiple generations even, and I can see why. Everyone there is sooo friendly and the whole vibe is so welcoming.I used to see Allie years ago and fell in love with her work, the salon, the Eufora products, and everything about the place! Due to pandemic, life, etc. I stopped going for a couple years and when I finally returned, due to scheduling, I ended up seeing one of their newer stylists, Carmella, and she is amazing too! She spent an entire hour of her valuable time with me just going over exactly what I wanted to do to my hair (which had seen better days). She did everything she could to make sure all the details were just how I wanted and really took the time to listen to me and create a plan to make my hair look the best possible - I just really appreciate all of the time and energy she put into making sure I walked out as happy and confident as can be. My hair looks flawless every time I walk out of here. I’ll never go anywhere else, 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!
Wes has always made me feel extremely confident about his work on our stove and stove pipe. One year the whole stove pipe blew off in the wind and he came right away to replace the entire thing (which I didn't know was really clogged up!) He always makes sure that I am satisfied with the results of his work. I would very much recommend him to anyone.

Revival gave us excellent service following a flood under our refrigerator where a 1/4" hose had leaked on our wooden kitchen floor. Once the hose had been repaired we couldn't get anyone to come take a look under the house to see what repairs were needed, until we caller Revival. They were quick to respond, very professional and put our minds at ease about the condition of our floor and what our next step should be. The photos they took were very helpful. I would call them again for service.
Very fiendly staff. Clean every where. Great pool. Nice sauna. I only swim here so I can't speak to the rest of the club but the fitness room/gym looks fully stocked and like a wonderful place to work out. I'm super happy to have found this place. I love the atmosphere, love the staff and love the variety of rate options. This club aims to please and succeeds. Come join the Masters swimming! We need more swimmers and it's the best pool in Arcata!

Bob Sutter has been doing our tax prep for many years. He is always very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We recently had a very complicated return involving the sale of 2 homes in California and the purchase of 3 in Virginia. There were two 1031 Exchanges involved, which Bob was the person who made us aware of this possibility. Since he had done our returns for many years, he also advised us years ago to save all receipts for improvements on our primary residence. We had a large capital gain, but it was much less than it would have been had we not had that advice from Bob. It is well worth hiring someone who knows the ins and outs of tax code because they save you money in the long run.
Kept very clean. Some broken but overall still well kept over any others in the area and even to arcata. Hopefully they won't let the ones stay broken for long... Hint hint. Love the atmosphere and sweet cafe and games on the other side. Great place to do laundry with the kids, incentive for them to go with and get in a routine of doing their own.
