I have been to several nail salons in the East Bay searching for someone who could deliver on the Pinterest photos I showed to them. Simon will deliver those picture-perfect nails quickly and with a level of attention to detail I appreciate, as I am super detail oriented. The prices at this salon are unbeatable too. “What a Hidden Gem. Just happened to drive and see this place and hoping to get waxed and Gel Manicure. Right away I was greeted and asked what kind of service I wanted?

Turns out I killed two birds with one stone, I got waxed by Hannah who is a Sweetheart so kind and gentle I didn’t even feel any pain. Probably the best Wax I have ever received and I have gone to lots of fancy places and left disappointed. Thank you Hannah.

Michael did my Gel Manicure and I love the fact that they take their time and not concern about reaching quota and rushing for the next customer. Very focused on the cuticles and nail length. So thank you Michael, Hannah and Natural Nails for a Wonderful Experience I will be back.“

“I come here occasionally and have always had great service. This time I got a Gel Pedicure ($53). Keep your receipt, if you get any chips within 2 weeks they'll fix it. Tami did my pedicure and it was great. Very gentle, great leg massage, and personable. I'd ask for her again. Color is Morning Glory.“

“They bark at you if you have an appointment which is understandably so if you want to get work done it's always best to get an appointment, but because I didn't have an appointment it felt like I was invading their space and I clearly wasn't wanted there.
