She remedied the situation herself, which was important to me, because I knew it was going to be done right and done well. She handled the situation very gracefully. Lee is personable and seems to genuinely care about making connections with her clients.

Long story short. I might not get my nails done often, but when I do it’ll only be here! I like the services, the salon, the people (especially Lee). At other salons I always felt like a burden, but here I feel welcome.
