“I booked the 60-minute custom facial and overall had an okay experience. The esthetician was nice and I was happy with her service. My only disappointment was the timing. The actual facial started around 12:05/12:06 and was finished around 12:50. By 1:00 I had already left the building. For a service advertised as a 60-minute facial, I expected more treatment time and a little more attention to the skin. I’ve had 60-minute facials elsewhere that felt much more thorough. Overall, the service was fine, but for $150 I expected a bit more.”
